“Double Take Marketing Techniques” is based on the notion that marketing needs to get people to pay attention to what you have to say by presenting marketing collaterals that force your audience to take a second look at whatever you’re presenting. After all, if people don’t absorb your message, you’re never going to sell them anything.
“What’s The Big Idea?” is more than just another business e-book touting the latest techno-gimmick or fad-app; it’s an organized approach to creative marketing strategy and concept development. The e-book contains a beautiful mind map chart for entrepreneurs to use as a guide in developing their own innovative marketing campaigns.
“Brand Universe, A Big Idea Marketing Strategy” builds on “What’s The Big Idea?” by providing an implementation roadmap that helps guide the entrepreneur through the process of building a Brand Universe around their Big Idea Strategy. This Summit Creative Award winning campaign delivers the client’s key emotional sales proposition by creating a series of humorous videos. Each video zeros in on a specific problem produced by mobile phone use. The videos create a family dynamic scenario to which the targeted audience can easily relate.
Every new campaign creates a challenge to deliver something that will attract attention, hold interest, and embed in the viewer’s memory. In this case we used three actors each appealing to a different demographic. We also added animated text and kinetic images to emphasize each important point.
Products that relate to what goes on in the bedroom can be very tricky. You have to balance clarity and good taste in a manner that delivers the message without being crass or insensitive. By slipstreaming a familiar movie scene with a soap opera style sensibility, we managed to delivery the message with style and humor.
In this case our dating site client required a TV commercial and webisode featuring a multicultural cast reflecting the website’s niche market. The “on-the-street” style webisode asked people what-turns-them-on and what-turns-them-off. The results were both entertaining and enlightening.

In a Web environment over-crowed with dozens of competing websites, it’s important to find a way to standout and be heard. In this campaign we emphasized the use of edgy scripts and effective acting to grab the audience’s attention and deliver the message that theses are different.
We live in complex times, we have complex jobs, and our real and quasi-social relationships are as confused and frustrating as ever. So in a world of such complexity how can businesses truly understand what makes people tick? You may ask does it matter? And of course the answer is you bet it does. Without understanding how people make decisions and what motivates those decisions, you will not be able to connect with people, and failure to connect will severely hamper your sales efforts.
Have you ever tried to remember something you know you know but you can’t retrieve the information? The harder you try, the harder it is to come-up with the answer, and then, all of a sudden while taking a shower or some other mundane activity, the answer pops into your head. It’s an amazing phenomenon and it happens to everybody. The reaction is generally one of “where the heck did that come from?” It’s insight out of the blue and for most people we take the experience for granted.
Did your grade school teacher ever tell you to “pay attention”, or your mother tell you to “use your brain”? When you think about it, both statements were pretty good advice, and not surprisingly the two are closely related. You see, your brain can really only process information serially, one thing at a time, and the more tasks you ask it to do simultaneously, the less efficient it becomes.
